AR15 Build - Barrel Length Question

Hi,

I'm starting my .300 blk AR15 build and have a question about barrel length. I intend to use a 9''ish barrel with a 9'' DD LiteRail and ATRS Eliminator flash hider, my question is will this work if I use exactly a 9'' barrel? Or will I have to use a slightly longer barrel, (9.3'', 9.5'') for there to be enough clearance for the flash hider and rail to work together? Any help would be appricated.

As long as the barrel threading protrudes from the rail it will work. The DD lite rail shows an inside diameter of 1.22" and the ATRS eliminator is larger diameter than that. I used a Spikes Tactical BAR rail 10" with a 1.79" inner diameter and the ATRS fit inside that (on an 8" barrel).

My first build. A 9.5" barrel with a 9" DD lite rail. There was about 2-3mm of clearance. Hehe.
