AR15 in 7.62x39 barrel, bolt? upper?, complete rifle?

looking to build an upper for my AR in 7.62 soviet, cant seem to find parts, i know tnw makes a 16" upper that will be available early 2013 from Marstar, (the rail system and barrel length is not what im looking for) i want a 7.5" or 10.5" barrel at the longest.
i guess i could shorten the tnw and sort out the rail....
id buy a complete pdw or cqb AR in 7.62x39 but cant find that either

any suggestions as to acquiring a barrel/bolt, a complete upper or rifle in canada would be much appreciated!

I think Questar still has 1 or 2 PWS 7.62x39 uppers left.

Questar have one left...complete upper in 7.62...but it is $1800 just for the upper.
