Maybe I should have listed all of the dealers who I know only carry A2 front sight blocks?

I THOUGHT that I asked if anyone knew of a dealer who carried them, assuming that someone else had to have found one in the past?

Let me see If I can be of assistance.

I'm not sure if your looking for a Low profile block, or the standard A-2 style.

However, the last time I had a friend that needed thin profiled block intalled, he had Casey over at TacOrd do the work.

He's a board memeber, and i Would start there.

Thanks, I'm looking for a standard A1 .625" barrel gas block,

As far as I can tell, Armalite, RRA & Stag do not make a .625" A1 gas block, only .750" A2...

I guess that means that Wolverine, Questar & Armseast are out....

Bushmaster & Colt make them, but they don't seem to be available as parts, in the US let alone Kanada....
 
I think that what you're looking for is a regular old A1 front sight base as opposed to a low profile gas block, however the way you word it is somewhat confusing.

CMMG used to carry .625" FSB but they have since discontinued lightweight barrels. Another option may be J&T Distributing or Bushmaster since they both make lightweight barrels.
