AR15 not stripping round from magazine

UPDATE** So i hit the range today and put 120 rounds through the rifle. I had mixed success but much more time between issues. I noticed if i pull the charging handle back slowly i can hear and see the bolt or carrier rubbing on the magazine follower slightly.
I have contacted NEA awaiting a reply.
