Any ideas who made these parts? I think the bottom one is a LMT proof mark.

I know, some of the photos are slightly blurry, my camera is ass.

None of these are proof marks. Proof marks are applied to show the gun has been pressure tested and not been damaged.

The C-in-a-square is a Colt factory mark. I have no idea what it signifies.

I am not familiar with the second.

The last is a forge mark, it tells you nothing except who sold the aluminum blank to the manufacturer (Cardinal Forge).

Well, in the first photo, your upper receiver is definately a Colt product as the C in a suare, which is a Colt proof mark, and the two screw large hole pivot pin suggests. Next to the C in a square, a VP proof mark could usually be found. This means "Verified Proof".

The second photo with the MMC forge mark is also a Colt item.
My yellow label 6701 Comp. HBar hand picked by the Colt custom shop came with a carry handle with the exact same forge marks on the carry handle.

The bottom photo is also a Colt item and shows the carry handle with the Cardinal forge mark as it was forged by, yes you said it, Cardinal Forge.

All the parts you show in your photos are genuine Colt parts.
