So I recently had a upper assembled by an reputable shop, and when I took it out to sight it in I have a bit of an issue where the rifle shoots very far to the left with the iron sights. To sight it in at 50m and hit where I am aiming I had to move the rear aperture fully to the right. It’s two clicks from being maxed out. The upper receiver is a diemaco c7 upper from Nordic, and the barrel is a brand new DD 14.5 with fixed fsb that was factory assembled. Has anyone had this issue before and know a way to rectify it? I have a feeling I’ll have issues sighting it in once I put an optic on it.

Easy fix is get rid of the FSP and install a free float handguard.

I had it happen while building my Block II, a Colt barrel with FSP was off to the left by a hair. I ended up going back to a Delton barrel that wasn't off.
