As others have said, forward ejection is caused by over gassing. Is this an issue? Maybe. The issue with over gassing is that it has the potential to be hard on your gun. The main issue that overgassing will cause sending your bcg into the lower receiver (bolt bounce) , damaging the lower where the receiver extension threads into the lower and also damaging the gas key. If this is not happening then I would not be too concerned. When I see undergassing and short stroking that is were I become concerned.
