Hello to all!

Just want to get opinions on upgrading the trigger on my "M4gery". I understand that there are lots of options to go with.

Because I am just using the rifle at the range I am not too worried about having a "lawyer trigger". The closer I can get to my bolt action rifle the better. Say a 3-4 lbs pull crisp, clean and very little movement would be great.

So, thoughts on drop in's? Where is a good place in canada to buy it? Single stage, two Stage? Price ranges? Ideas? Let here it.

Thanks

Depends on how much money you want to spend. I think the Rock River Arms two stage NM trigger for around a hundred or so is good value for the money.

Where in Canada did you buy it? My searches have pulled up mostly American sites.

Also, do you know what the pros and cons are of the 1 and 2 stage triggs?

Just had the opportunity to shoot an RRA 2 stage trigger. Fantastic trigger, very clean break. Definitely worth the money.

So, I got two positives for RRA and two for Geissele.

I am sure who ever has one or the other will say that "its the best".

But has anyone actually had a chance to compare the two?

Maybe I have the coordination of a monkey, but not exactly the most easy to install however!

Dude - I only email or phone away if you need help.

The key to note is it is NOT adjustable (as many, inc myself once thought) but adjusted in the weapon, and then locitited.

I like the Geisselle triggers, but I do think ours (KAC) is a better trigger.

The big BUT......
Where in Canada can you buy that KAC trigger?

I think you are comparing a roughly $125 trigger (RRA) to a $300 or more trigger (Geissele). The RRA is good enough that I don't feel the trigger is holding me back in accuracy. Apparently the Geissele has an extremely fast lock time in addition to being a superb trigger. It all depends on how much you want to spend. The further increments of refinement always seem to cost disproportionately more in everything.
