AR180B accuracy

I am looking at an AR180B and wondering what kind of accuracy I could expect at 100 yards. I would like to compete in 3 gun, but would also like to be able to use a 223 for varmint hunting. I much prefer the look of the AR180 to the Benelli. Or should I just bite the bullet and get a restricted AR15.

In my experience, the cheap American Eagle stuff will do 2MOA in slow shooting. In rapid, the 180B will wander as it's not a heavy barrelled gun.

With Hertenberger 5.56 I was doing 1.25-1.5 depending on my day.

With handloads you might get it to MOA or better - again, if you shoot slowly and allow time for the barrel to cool.

A typical(if i did my part) slow fire with Winchester 55gr.Alittle better with handloads.

Toonie-sized groups @ 50 yards w/Winchester white-box (55-grain) are relatively easy.........
