Thanks.

Best rail out there, period.

Or you could get fancy, spend way too much money and go this route:

I have a standard 1913 rail from Wolverine - $175 (It is like a weaver base). I had a Bushnell Holosight on it. Because the sight was sitting so high from the barrel it was very difficult to sight it in. Nonethe less it worked. The look was COOL!

I didn't like that arrangement as it is not accurate at 100 yards. The dot was too big for targets. I have since replaced it with a 6-24X scope. Regardless, sighting in a 180B was a difficult task.

Good luck!

Is there any pro/con of the 4" rail vs the 5 3/4" rail? I want to get an AR180b so might as well collect some info.
Thanks

Visit the optics forum for more info on optics/red-dots/holosights etc.

I've recently acquired an Eotech, and I think I'm in love with it! It has the 1 MOA dot instead of larger 2-6 MOA dots that are often used on CQB type optics, and I'm quite pleased with the precision this allows.

I don't have a 180B so I can't comment on how to hook it on.

I have both the Wolverine unit and the StormWerks...
The StormWerkz rail is far superior to the unit Wolverine sells...
The StormWerkz rail also costs less at $75USD including shipping...
The StormWerkz rail is currently on my Ar180B...
The unit I bought at Wolverine is currently being used as a paperweight...

I'm going to get the long stormwerkz rail & bushnell holosight for my 180. Any preference to the new "XLP" low profile over standard model?
