I notice that the older version has an "S" shaped charging / cocking handle. The new once is just straight and would interfere with a right folding stock. Has any one done any thing for this? I don't really want to have the stock fold to the left. I was thinking of an inverted "L" lever just like the Galil. That would be sweet because one could operate by either hand.

Any AR180 experts out there that can give their opinions?

I have another question regarding the firing pin. When I drop the firing pin retaining pin (from the side of the bolt carrier), the firing pin does not come out. Why? Is this common? Has any one experienced this?

Cheers

If you can find an origonal AR180 handle is a fairly simple mode to put in on the 180B.

Could that be bent upwards like the galil? Is it compatable with the B model?

Oh, armedsask, what do you think will hold the fireing pin from popping out after I take the retaining pin out? Any idea? I can't figure this one out.

Thanks
