happy to say we have shipped all of our orders and we have a few sets extra due to the size of the ar500 sheet we ordered

we also have a new pre order going up, and like most things the price has gone up, not much but the price of steel is based on demand.
If and when the price goes down ,we will adjust again.

what we have is

sets of 10x12 shooters cut with a 10x12 non shooters cut back plate, both are curved an rounded corners

Muti hit both 556,762 nato

The anti spall coating has been increased to .250

6x8 curved side plates
same spec as above, but thee are curved, you don't see to many curved side plate, so we are very happy this worked out well for us.

we have some flat plates that are cheaper and lighter.
These are 1/4 inch ar500 and 1/4 inch heavy anti spall coating.
These meets the same spec as 90% of the US brands are doing.
While we do feel out 3/8th inch plates are better, and offer a higher rate of muti hit, they will also stop 556 and 762
* but at 7m and 2m after 4rds of 556 we starting to see major back face deformation.
But no test rounds made in through using pmc 556 Nato at 3121 FPS.

This product is flat not curved, square cut
we wanted to offer a less exspensive option, that still worked.

I got mine today! Thanks S&J. I've a question though. The plate from this latest batch looks thicker than the plate from the previous batch. Is there a thicker anti-spalling on it?

CNC is correct, always trying to make a better product, have been working with the company that makes the coating in the US this last few months, to get what is needed.
They were even nice enough to call a few of there clients that do ar500 armor and ask some of the finer point of what is best.

Everytime I see this thread , I've been running out to the mailbox. Well, lookee here, guess what is ready for pick-up!

Now the problem:

Work is for 6am, at the far side of the city. While the post office is for 830 am, this side of the city. Looks like someone's about to come down with one of those 24hr bugs..cough cough
 
Hey BBB , are going to bring in any descent carriers to go with these? A complete set would be great front,back,sides and a carrier. Deal for a complete kit would be awesome.

we were just working on that, before the CDN $ crashed, but for some reason the US market have upped there price a lot on top of the 25% exchance .
so still looking for options
we also have our own carrier, well 2 of them we designed, but by the time we got the last prototype we wanted to chance thing again...
we were going to also have that made in the US, as non one the gear makes in Canada are willing to work with us at the price point we need. to be able to offer a good product at a fair price.
At some point we will look at getting one of our carrier designs made in the US.
But we are still looking for something to fill the gap for now.
