Must have missed the anti spall coating
The anti spall is an rubber membrane that applied at very high heat that when cured makes a 100mil thick rubber layer that will help when the rifle rond spalls.
It will almost completely absorb a hand gun round juat by its self.

Plates arrived this past week, not bad considering the postal situation.
I would be hard pressed to call the anti-spall coating heavy, at best light.
But for that price you can't complain too much.

When are these going to ship? I ordered mine November 14th and there hasn't been any updates. I have emailed several times over the past 2 weeks and haven't had a reply to either email.
