I just bought 3 from ellwood epps,i think they are used,they sell them at 20$ will see when they arrived,they had 5 so if nobody else did not bought any they should have 2 in stock.
 
I recently tried these mags from a buddies rifle....what a pain in the asc!...That wire thingy kills your thumb when loading rounds....not sure why no other 1022 mag has this and they seem to work fine.

My opinion is $20 is about $15 more than they are worth....Cabelas had steel lips brand new for $19 on boxing day sale, those are good mags!
