i followed the video and dremeled out the same area both finnish and Russian now work fine. The Russian mosin has a set screw for the trigger assembley that prevents the mag from easily being locked in. little bit of filing on the mag to fit and now the mosin works perfect!
Thanx guys doing this to my bad boy 
Cool thing about my mount set-up is that you can use a regular bolt with a scout scope and just have to remove your rear sight or if you have a bent bolt you can use a regular scope.
Now if I could only find a manufacture to make this for about $60 - $80 and not NC Star quality either...
