Hi everyone,
wondering if someone can help. I am looking at getting a new compound bow and I was looking at afew of them. 2 I am leaning towards are about 10 fps difference in speed and wondering how much difference that would be in say 60 yards for arrow drop? The kind of hunting I do I won't be hunting that far but I like to shoot distance for fun.

60 yards is huge for a bow. It doesn't matter how fast the bow is.

60 yards for a bow is a long ways, but a 10fps difference won't really be noticable unless your a very experianced shooter. The most important thing is how the bow feels in your hands.

and remember the IBO speed rating means nil in real life. It all depends on arrow weight string accesories etc. As long as the bow fits you properly don't worry about the fps of your arrow.
