I wish ####ing Fedex would actually get off their asses and leave the ####ing truck to go to my apartment to deliver this hat I've ordered! From this point onwards, I refuse to buy from a vendor using Fedex lazy ####s. Two days now, no delivery attempts made. What a waste of shipping $.

Not sure why this has happened. Give Brett a email at web@dstactical.com and he can try to find out what is going on. And for future purchases just write in the comment box that you want it to be shipped canada post and we can ship it that way also.

Thanks for absorbing my earlier rant. Not your fault but Fedex may be appropriate for commercial deliveries, but I have repeated poor experience with these people as a plain 'ole consumer.
Really, they don't leave the truck to even try my buzzer and I work from home so its double frustrating when they claim a 'delivery exception'. What a load of bollocks. The hat which should have been delivered on Monday is supposed to arrive today. We'll see if the ####ing driver decides to get off their ass and walk the 30m to my front door.
