Are AK-47 and CZ-858 mags interchangable?

I run guns, lever arms, marstar, anyone with magpul stuff that orders their ak pmag, etc etc.

As a matter of fact IRG is advertising they have 40 different types of AK mags ready to import.

There are guns in canada other than AKs and Valmet that take them.

And money but in this case it didn't take much to mod the ak mag to fit vz and it worked great. I did it to a 40 rds mag .

If I remember correctly the ak mag was a touch wider so I had to file the sides.

Everytimes you hear of a drum mag for a vz , it was an ak drum conversion.

Well to be fair, googling "vz58 vs ak47 magazine" brings up a link by small arms review titled "Field Test: vz.58 vs. AK-47 - Small Arms Review" in which the Google preview states "No parts, not even the magazines, are interchangeable."

Well i must admit: when I was searching the topic i've already had a few, so forgive me lack of attention. You now sometimes you're staring at an answer but you don't see it.
