Are Boito and CBC the same thing?

I've seen Boito and Comphangnia Brazilia de Cartouchos (spelling) discussed interchangably. Are/were they the same company?

I don't know if they are the same company, but many products appear to be identical and interchangeable. I expect the Boito and CBC products are made in the same factory.

I've seen the Brazilian single shot shotguns marked CBC, Remington, CIL, and FIE. Different ways to market the same product.
