Are bolo shells legal in Canada?

They're not loaded by any major manufacturer. Nothing illegal about 'em, up here, as far as I've ever heard. Very likely little or no accuracy.

Bolo rounds sound like, fun, but the physics don't work. They are a novelty round for impressing your 18y old friends. Utter garbage. I believe that the Box-o-Truth had a chance to try them. Also look them up on shotgunworld.com they are absolute junk and a pricey novelty to boot.
 
Two slugs joined by a wire. Supposedly the slugs spread out, creating a lethal cutting edge, which will of course take off the head of any nearby babies. Ultra evil, banned in Florida and Illinois according to Wikipedia. Just the slugs on their own would be better, and cheaper. An expensive novelty, not much more

I can't find a picture either....but I did find this page with a lot of other crazy rounds. Not sure if it's real or not (I don't use shotguns) but I got a chuckle outta some of the names and designs.
