Are the Mini 14s sold in Kanada marked the same as the ones sold in USA? 5.56/223?

I was wondering if the mini 14s had special Kanadian markings like 223 instead of 5.56? Thanks!

All new Mini-14s that dealers are currently selling are marked .223, though I don't believe the US DOS export requirements played any factor in that decision. My 181 series Mini-14 was manufactured in 1978, and even then, Ruger was marking them as .223.
