Are the new auto-ordonance semi auto tommy guns legal ?

Hi,
Ive been looking for a long time to buy a tommy gun and I would like to know if they are legal in quebec. Of course im talking about the semi auto model eter the long barreled or short barreled version. Are the drums legal in Canada? Is there any shooting range near quebec city? What kind of permit do I need? How mutch can I expect to pay?
