Are the Pro-Mag 32 round 10/22 mags any decent?

A buddy of mine has a couple Pro-Mag 32 round steel lip mags he's looking to sell.

Are they problematic, or should I make him an offer?

I haven't tried the 32rd, but the 25rd are finicky. I have 2, 1 works fine but the other is a jamomatic. I would imagine the 32 would be similar
