Are there Canadian legal 9mm with fixed barrels?

What about the rotating barrel Beretta PX4. All the movement is in a straight line, no tilting of the barrel so the barrel bushing can be very snug.

Also the Grand Power line is rotating barrel lockup.

Yes all their center fire handguns use a rotating barrel lockup. Their rim fire handguns use the same basic grip & frame with a fixed barrel.

I'm curious as to why the OP is interested in a fixed barrel 9mm? Is it for a "fixed" relationship between the sights and barrel? (Sight adjustability not withstanding ....)
