Are there hours to the firearms transfer line?

If you call, and someone answers, and you ask, the voice will tell you.

If you call, and no one answers, the (recorded) voice will tell you.
 
I've never called either.
I remember someone once saying they were open the hours that all of Canada was open: i.e. they start at 9am PST time, and they close at 4:30pm NST.
 
They are open for many hours but block calls so that if you are in BC and call at 8:00 AM, even though there are people there you will get offices closed. It is 9:00 to 5:00 your local time, Monday to Friday.
