Are there "tactical" scopes out there that offer low profile capped target turrets?

I have a Sightron STAC 2.5-17.5x56 that I enjoy but it is limited to me for hunting use with the large/tall non-capped target turrets.

Is there a scope manufacturer who sells a scope with a recticle with multiple subtension lines for holdover (tactical type recticle) and also has turrets which won't be accidentally moved while hunting?

I'd like to find one with a magnification range of approximately 4-28x50 to 56.

Thanks

What about a locking turret? Like Leupold ZL2 (VX5HD 4-20)or ZL3 (vx6hd 4-24).

^^^ what he says

I have 2 VX-5HD and 2 VX-6HD Leupolds and truly believe they are the ultimate hunting riflescope. There are different reticle options available so look around and find the one that suits you best.

Is the zero lock available on the windage? Or just capped?

My VX-5HD's have a capped windage turret and the VX-6HD's have the zero lock.

However Korth will install a zero lock windage turret on the VX-5HD, but of course that puts the cost up.

Good to know, IMHO that would be the ultimate scope. I rarely ever dial my CDS anymore, but I have on occasion found them turned slightly. If I ever need service on my VX6, I'll have the ZL installed.

Leupold Mk5 has locking elevation and capped windage. Multiple reticles available (including a couple with trees) and available in 3.6-18x, 5-25x and 7-35x. I've got a couple 5-25s with the CCH reticle and really like them.
