Are WWII M1 carbines still legal to transfer?

I have more than 2 m1 carbines and I will be looking to export them (if possible) if we can't keep them as I have some very rare ones

I have a few of them and the sad part is the historical significance of not just these 80 year old rifles, but a lot of milsurps from that era and beyond, that will be lost if they are confiscated and destroyed. I like to thing that at least one of my carbines was there when they stormed Omaha beach back in ‘44.
