Areo precision mount tourque settings?

Just got this mount and was wondering if someone could suggest torque settings... Thanks

Usually there is a scope mount Installation paper the will spec something like "Do not torque beyond 25 inch lbs" etc

Maybe published at the Varmentor website

25 in pounds is the general torque for AL rings/mounts.

Nothing came with the mount, a google search said 30 on the mount and 15 on the rings...
