Arisaka Markings Help

I'm looking for help with the markings on my Arisaka Type 38 rifle. Specifically bolt markings. There is a 3 digit number on my bolt, while there is a 6 digit number on the reciever. I'm trying to determine if the parts are matching or not. I haven't been able to find much info out there other than very broad general stuff. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Many T38's have an assembly number below the woodline. On earlier T38's the bolt is matched to the assembly number, not the receiver number.

Disassemble the rifle and have a look-see
