Hi Guys,

I am attempting to refinish my CZ-858s so I am wondering how much Armacoat would I need to order to cover 4 mags, and the complete furniture(stock, upper and lower handguard, and the pistol grip). I am not sure if one coat is enough, or if I would need 2 coats.

8oz will be enough

With 8oz you will have enough, 29.99$ and you will have enough, usually with 4 oz, we make 2 to 4 complete rifle (without the stock)

A 4oz bottle will do everything you list, always count a 4oz bottle to do 2 long arms and 4 handguns,so you will have enough. Give your firearm one thorough coat starting by spraying in the hard to reach areas and then working along the large areas of the reciever or stock. Build up more coating opon the high wear areas, barrel ends and so on. If you are doing a second coat use the clear coat on top and it will give it alot more strength and it will even out the sheen differences.

Can I use urethane clear coat for finish-It is pretty hard.

Our clear coat is exremely thin when dry compared to other urethanes. Same thickness as the colours approx 1.25mils dry. I guess you can try it, but no guarantees as to what the outcome maybe. I know are products are compatible so you will get good results, But like I said you can try.
