Armalite 15A4CBA2... anyone know anything about this rifle?

I have looked it up on the Armalite website, but looking for a bit more info on it.

How come this rifle is a fair amount cheaper than their standard M-15s, and M-15C's ($1200 vs $1075)?

Is there a piece or two that is of lesser quality/not as desirable in this specific rifle which makes it cheaper? I can't put my finger on what the difference is.

Can someone help me out?

One has a detachable carry handle and the other has a railed gas block.

You can tell by looking at the pictures or reading the spec's.

I don't see anything in either product descriptions about a removable handle, or railed gas block.

I am new to ARs so I can't tell by the picture alone.
