Armalite M15 vs DDM4V11

I'm new in AR, want to get one before the Bill kick in (not much time left). Eventually, I would like to get into 3 guns game.
I'm eyeing on this two:
Armalite M15 13"Competition Rifle
DD M4V11 16"

They are more or less the same price. Which one should I pick?and why, please?

I'm still waiting for my plastic PAL but I have the #. I called the shop they said it is ok. I can use the pal # to order online. When I pulled the trigger on DD, the online store asked for Expire Date, which I don't have.. now i'm stuck AGAIN.

I believe your expiration date is your birthday in 5 years from the year you got your license

so does it mean 2024 or 2025? My birthday is in May

Urs should be 2025 i got mine in dec 2018 and mine is 2024

I got my renewed license in the last 2 months and it is 2025.

Mine was approved in April. My bday is in may. It is so confusing. I put 2024. What will happened if it is incorrect? The sales person on the phone said it only needs pal #, date of birth & place of birth.
