ARMI JAEGER AP 74 AR CLONE in 22LR

I recnetly purchased a Armi Jaeger AP 74 and was interested in knowing how rare these rifles are in Canada and if anyone knows any info or owns one of these beauties.

That is a fun rifle, I bought one back in '75 and kept it for about 4 years. It was manufactured back in the early '70's and additional mags are a problem to find. About 2 months ago I started considering buying another one. I did an internet check for additional mags first but no joy, so I gave up one the idea.

i have one. it is very fun to shoot. I bought a cheapy delta scope for it and it hits the crosshairs everytime.

Ya, they're a blast. I've got one too. Pity they're restricted. Mine's a bit of a tack driver. It'd be a good gopher gun.

I had one but I sold it because it became restricted. It was my first purchase about 16 years ago. What do you want to do with a restricted .22??

first gun i ever owned.do not let the hammer fall on the ejector post when the gun is broken open for cleaning!!!how do i know this?

I owned one for quite a few years then traded it off to Bob Prestach at the phoneix range.I bought mine when i was 16...i am 41 now and might even have the original manual kicking around from this rifle.

Great little toy...to bad it had to go on the restricted list..

Gotta add this...the one you own does it have wood furniture or the Zytel ( black plastic furniture) ?
