ARMS #38 Swan Sleeve

Does anybody use one of these? I like the idea of the intergrated #40 flip up rear site and would be mounting an ACOG on it. Anybody have a review or experience with a similar setup?

Ulfhednar had one for the longest time. I don't know if he has it now, but I am sure he would give you an honest review.

Unless you find the ACOG sitting too low on the AR upper rail, I don't think the extended rail is going to do you any additional good other than adding more weight to your rifle. I had the ARMS SIR with the ACOG on it, which created the same effect and I found the ACOG is sitting a bit too high for my liking.

I think the rail was design so that the aimpoint can be mounted on it with the low profile mount and still being able to co-witness with the front and back iron sight.

Ulfs was the longer extended one with a red dot on it. Unless you want to raise your ACOG just get an ARMS 40.
