ARMS Mount: Best Place to Buy

Can anyone suggest the best place (in Canada) to purchase an ARMS scope mount for an M-14/M-305? I believe it is model #18. By best place I mean best price and best service.
I tried Questar but they said they don't carry them.

Wolverine has them for $242.00 plus tax and shipping. Very fast service, I got mine in 4 days. Excellent 3 point mount.
