ARMS - support

I purchased a used ARMS 18 mount and the threads on the front tensioner are toast (not the set screw, not the mount... the tensioner). Probably from the previous owner securing the front allen set screw. Either way I got it all out, and would like to get it replaced. I know that ARMS is out of stock on the #18 Mount 'BUT' does anyone know if they are good with sending out parts and bits?

If the threads are "toast" then simply re-tap for a larger set screw
