Hi guys,

Is it just me, or is it my bad luck ... but I've been having a really hard time contacting ArmsEast. This fellow has a great rep here, so I'm sure that it's just bad karma ... but the problems were evident even before I made my purchase, and now it's been no response for quite a long time ... message-box full ... no e-mail response ... and I was "billed" major dollars about ten days ago. Maybe he's on vacation, or ill?

Boomer, my apologies for the voice mail backup, all calls will be replied to Monday morning.

If I can offer, we were pretty much closed for most of last week during a building upgrade/CFO inspection. Through it on Friday. Did take a lot of calls last week, but didn't get through them all. Sat was first day off in a long time. We're shipping everyday. I'm not sure I know you from your CGN handle, but 10 days ago, I'm thinking your package went out Friday. Please PM me with details and I'll sort you out ASAP. All is well otherwise, thanks.

Thank you for this message and the accompanying e-mail. I was (naturally) getting a little impatient re: news of my order.

But ... hey ... it's summertime ... cod / prime Alberta beef on the grill.

Please e-mail me with the Postal Service tracking-number as soon as you can. This is a Restricted Firearm, and I'm getting a bit concerned here.

As you requested, here's the FYI ... I'm the fellow out in sunny Alberta who bought (and paid for, via VISA, days ago) a Stag rifle.

I received the transfer-notice paperwork (with the firearm's serial number) mailed from our Edmonton-based CFO 14 days ago and just want to know when-and-if my firearm has been mailed.
