I haven't heard back from Walter for a few days, so he might be out of the office, but their business login ID was posting in their forum just 2 days ago, so the store should be open.

I replied to your posted question here within an hour. The email was the same question, same time. I thought I had answered the question by responding here.

We're open till 6PM NL time, 430PM Eastern. Every day, Mon-Fri.

We usually have one person manning the phones, so if you call and it goes straight to voicemail, we really are on another call, leave a message and we'll call you back, usually within a few minutes, at the on late afternoon calls, the next morning.
