I'm confused, that's gotta be a typo right? The M4's weren't previously capable of suppressing fire? Someone please educate me on what that term means because Google will probably tell me that it just means to fire in a general direction to keep an enemy from returning fire, and I mean... Not to be a smart ass but how bad was the accuracy of them if they couldn't even miss on purpose, and why would you replace that?!

I am guessing there is extra parts/warranty/shipping/etc with those numbers.
