Arrieta Crown Sabel SxS 12 Gauge, 1/4" RH cast

I have an Arrieta 12 ga. SxS sidelock straight English stock, with 1/4" right hand cast. Is it possible to change this to neutral or left hand cast.
Could anyone recommend a gunsmith in BC who might do this type of work?
