Came across this interesting pistol today:

so I looked up their website:

I'm not sure I care to expend twice as much ammo at the range, but the novelty factor would be immense. I'm not sure World War 2 proved to the Americans that the 45acp had insufficient stopping power.

I expect that would be argued. I read on the site that you can order the gun with two triggers. Presumably these triggers are side by side, in line with their respective "guns". So two triggers being pulled simultaneously even if they were pinned together, would be an obvious way around the single trigger, two shots and subsequent prohibition.

I thought other people would find it interesting as I did.
