Arsenal SLR107 semi auto rifle

Its a variant. Closet thing for us would a SKS - D ( SKS that used AK mags ) VZ58, or Valmet Hunter ( if you can find one in 762x39 ) and not like the WELL over 2000$ min price tag.

7.62 as in 7.62 x 39 I presume.. in which case you have Norc Bush Rifle (bolt) ruger mini-14 (or is that mini-30?).. an AR such as the NEA... an SKS... a VZ-58 style rifle,.. and I think that is pretty much it for the common ones...

Mini 14 is not chambered in 7.62x39, its .223 (5.56x45) or .308 (7.62x51) for the Mini 30.
Besides the guns mentioned, there's a couple bolt actions in 7.62x39 available (such as Zastava) or you could get an Robinson Armament XCR chambered in 7.62x39...
Not a lot of options though.,...

Mini-30 is chambered in 7.62X39. The 7.62X51 Mini never got past the experimental stages, and was called the XGI (it was also advertised that the XGI would be available in .243 win, before the model was cancelled). You are partly correct about the Mini-14 though. In addition to .223, it has also been sold chambered in .222 rem. and 6.8 SPC.

Valmet Hunter wasn't made in 7.62x39. But there are conversions out there. Just means they are even harder to find.

Valmet M78 came in 7.62x39 but isn't any easier. Unless you are bfiles.
