It's cool to see these Bear Arms mags include the bolt hold-open tab unlike the older AS-46 10-rounders.

Can you confirm these tabs work as intended?

Are you talking a out the magazine ?
If so then no.
The magazines with the tab on the back of the follower are F12 /Darya semi auto magazine.
These are for pump action.

The display images shows the rear tab protruding from the rear of the magazine when the follower is in it's most upright position. This typically engages the bolt-hold mechanism in Weatherby-P08 semi actions.
