The interior dimensions are OAL 2.865” ± .002.

So I ordered a couple of the cpd mags before I noticed they're 5/10. Looked at the pics and bought right away (I know, I know). Can these be unpinned legally?

No sir those are CPD magazines and 5 rounders are that. CPD (C-Products Defence) is a completely different company and IMO lesser quality.
