It’s a Sig Sauer Academy manual of some sort. You can probably get one by attending a Sig Sauer Academy course. Seeing as the manual literally says Sig Sauer Academy on the cover, I’m going to take a wild guess and assume it is indeed related to the Sig Sauer Academy. Maybe try contacting the Sig Sauer Academy and asking them?
