They're high quality self-loading pistols. During WWII Germany bought lots of Spanish sidearms, and after the war, Astra and other Spanish firms modernized some of their best sellers and ontinued with them for a decade or two. The Falcon is a fine little pistol, not as modern as current designs, but still quite good.
