The only ammo I've ever had an issue with was Remington - it could have resulted in a real problem, complete with injuries, but fortunately the gun handled the excess pressure. Never had an issue with Norc ammo.
At the range today, salesman tried to tell me that nork 1911's are made from pot meta

It is dirty but I believe CanAm has tested it and it's not corrosive
