Athlon dealers in western canada

Howdy all

I’ve been looking for an optic for a couple month to put on my cva rifle. I wanted a titan 3-18 at first, then looked at arken optics but don’t want the 5-25 since it’s so heavy and don’t really want 56 objective. So I found the ATHLON HELOS BTR GEN 2, it has good reviews and checks all the boxes. Does anyone know where to get one in western Canada that isn’t online?

Sorry, I thought I specified. I’m in Alberta and did see Wolverine supplies website and added one to my cart. If I can’t find a local I will consider ordering from them. But I sure would love to get my hands on one before spending the money on one of them vs something else.

Not online? Wolverine Supplies might be your only bet. Extreme Range Outfitters in Saskatoon has a very limited stock of Athlon (or any product for that matter) Unsure about anyone in AB or BC other than Jerry at Mystic Precision but not sure if he stocks them.

Side note I love my Midas Tac Gen 2 5-25x56. I have the Argos spotting scope, 20-60x85 and it’s incredible for the cost. Buddy looked through it and sold his viper, bought one of those and put $600 in his pocket.

I can’t remember the exact timing but there was a wait of weeks. Worth the wait to support a good guy like Jerry at Mystic. He’s always more than helpful with my build projects.

I’ve had a few different models of the Helos btr Gen 2 and they have been great. (2-12 and 4-20) traded the 4-20 to get something with more magnification as it was on a Rimfire rifle that was used for Benchrest and 20 wasn’t cutting it.

The 2-12 lives on a hunting rifle currently but found a good deal on a 3.3-18 Burris optic so that athlon may get replaced. Or saved and put on another rifle not sure yet. It did great on my 10/22 for a while as well but I picked up a dedicated scope for that rifle and don’t swap it around anymore.

I got one of mine from Jerry and he is great to deal with. I think he is slowing down a little now but I’d reach out to him and see what he says cause he is great to deal with.
