ATI side folding sks stock

I got one of those sks side folding telescoping stocks for my sks, and it just doesen't want to fit in. Like I can get it down to where its supposed to be by sqeezing the bottom of the stock and the top of my reciever together, but when I let go it springs up about an inch. Has anyone else ever had this problem with there ati telescoping side folding stock?

You have to dremel it out to fit.

They show there about shaving it down so the trigger will snap in, but our stock seems a couple mm too long, cause no matter what we do, we can't get the reciever to seat The depth that it needs to go down, so even if we did shave the trigger placement we would still have our reciever sticking out about a half an inch.
