ATI stock for an SKS

I was looking at these folding stocks. Just wondering if there is somewhere in the lower mainland that I can order from that would deliver fairly quickly??

The ATI is garbage compared to the Tapco, which can be found from several dealers above.

Fabsports, and Frontier might be good places to start.

I find the stock allright without the folding adapter, sometimes it is assembled with it. the folder element for this stock is ####e, its flimsy as all hell. I put it on to look at it and took it right off. The stock has a nice grip and its is somwhat balanced. There might be a fitting or slop issue, but it can be shimmed or add some JBweld to make it fit right. The Tapco is a little pricier but it has some different stuff to it so it is priced appropriately.

For those of you that have installed/bought one of these Tapco adjustable stocks, do they just slide in or do I have to get the dremmel out??

The hardest part is taking your wood stock off.

The easy part is putting the tapco on. Nothing to it at all.

There is several youtube videos about taking down the sks, and one about installing the tapco I believe.

This was helpful! My first SKS looks like it participated in the war. There is even some play in it I can't get rid of which drives me nuts.

Time to swap out the stock and Tapco it is!
